Essendon Carpet Court is wanting to give back to our local community. Our aim is to offer the Mums & Bubs in our community  Fitness Motivation, Support and Networking opportunities.

Motivation, Support & Meet New Friends

Our trainer, Grace McPherson from The Body Transformation Warehouse is experienced with training Mums & Bubs groups. Grace will get the best performance out of you…she will push you harder than you push yourself!

Each group’s program run for 6 weeks. Be part of a committed group that will help support and motivate you to achieve your goals that you set for yourself.

The best news…you are allowed to bring your kids along…Your children will enjoy watching you participate in an active, positive, healthy group and they will enjoy playing with the other children! Note, there is no baby sitter, you are responsible for the supervision of your own children but we are flexible to work in with you if they are needing your cuddles & attention.
